Amber Lakes’ calm and natural setting enables delegates to focus on big ideas, grand plans, and collaborative thinking, which is why it’s fast become a popular destination for high-end conferences. And it’s perfect for delegates flying in from abroad as it’s just a short drive from Heathrow Airport.

Amber Lodge is also ideal for smaller, more intimate conferences. Depending on layout the space can hold between 40-160 guests, with areas for breakout conversations and outside space for smaller meetings.

In the summer, the outside area becomes a perfect extension of the venue. Wraparound terraces become additional breakout zones and the lawns make the perfect place for al fresco lunches.

Amber Lakes benefits from a Bose sound system and two fixed plasma screens. Our preferred production suppliers on hand to supplement in-house kit with stage sets, mixing desks, additional lighting and more.
