Amber Lakes brings the luxury and comfort of a Scandinavian Lodge to the heart of Wraysbury fishing lakes, creating an unbeatable setting for conferences, away days, corporate dinners, and more. This unique venue boasts complete exclusivity and privacy for high-end luxury events ideal for both the corporate and private market.

Set within 450 acres of stunning grounds and 120-acre lakes, Amber Lakes boasts a beautiful backdrop for a wide range of events.

THE HEIGHT OF LUXURY AT AMBER LODGE

The heart of Amber Lakes is its luxurious cedar, oak and glass Lodge. Breathtaking views are framed by expansive windows, making them the star of the show.

A double-height ceiling gives Heathrow venue Amber Lodge an airy, spacious feel. Oak flooring and a marble-topped bar complete the look. Views of nature, trees and gardens as far as the eye can see give this space a sense of retreat and calm.

Amber Lodge offers expansive open plan space, perfectly suited to hosting senior management events, as well as dinner and parties. The Lodge can accommodate up to 250 guests.

OUTSIDE SPACE AT AMBER LAKES

Amber Lakes benefits from stunning outside space. The venue’s 450-acre grounds make it hard to beat when searching for a country venue within easy reach of Slough, Reading, and London.

The venue’s extensive terraces, lawns, and gardens are particularly impressive during the summer months when Amber Lakes can be hired for both corporate and private events. All events come with our very own Amber Lakes Boat and captain, allowing guests to explore the venue on water with the possibility to go fishing and explore every inch of our space.

Guests can truly make use of the entirety of Amber Lakes’ vast site. Outside space can be used to host activities, games, and outdoor receptions in the summer months with the potential of using marquees and other temporary structures to increase the venue’s overall capacity to 500, if required.

AMBER JETTY & AMBER PIER

A sprawling slate terrace surrounds the lodge of Amber Lakes, linking the venue to Amber Pier, the perfect vantage point from which to soak up the site’s serene, calming atmosphere and take in the stunning views.

The jetty is home to our very own boat, included in our event hire, so your guests can enjoy exploring and fishing these special lakes to truly make your event stand out from the crowd.
Wraysbury 1 used to hold the British carp record at a whopping 60Ibs in weight and Amber Lakes is also home to several other points of interest including Dredger Bay. This one-hundred-year-old relic was once quarry equipment which was left behind during a deliberate flooding of the site in 1900 – the very flooding which resulted in the beautiful lakes we enjoy today.

Amber Lakes even appeared in James Bond classic A View to Kill. Look out for the scene where Roger Moore’s Rolls Royce Silver is pushed into the lake to catch our big moment on the silver screen.

A PRIME LOCATION

Amber Lakes is a 15 minute drive from Windsor, Slough and the county of Surrey. Maidenhead, Uxbridge and Reading are all within 30 minutes while Central London is a 45-minute drive, or 40-minute direct train journey. Amber Lakes is the place to go for destination events. Invite your guests to a sense of space, serenity and true escapism.

Amber Lakes is only 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport, making it a popular choice for inbound events. For guests travelling by train, the closest stations are Sunnymeads or Wraysbury, both of which are a five-minute drive from Amber Lakes. The Heathrow Express is another excellent transport link.
